DOHA: The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MoECC), represented by the patrols of the Department of Wildlife Protection, has taken legal action against violators of camel grazing ban and public cleanliness.
The Ministry shared photos on social media showing a truck dumping waste in an empty area. The truck was zeised in violation of Public Hygiene Law No. 18 of 2017.
Environmental patrols also detected violations of camel owners not adhering to grazing ban in Qatar. This is in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 188 of 2021 regarding the extension of the ban on camel grazing in the country.
The necessary legal measures have been taken against the violators in order to preserve Qatar's natural environment and wildlife.
